Builds the client's internal faculty: 3-day train-the-trainer certification (core content + facilitating resistance and difficult questions) plus a monthly 90-minute champions guild with asset library and use-case pipeline. Champions selected for credibility with peers and discernment — not technical enthusiasm. Formal mandate, protected time and escalation path agreed in writing. The sustaining mechanism that prevents the classic six-month decay — and deliberately replaces us.
